Anthea Van Geloven, our Farmer/Gardener at the Sanctuary, will be presenting “Creating a Honeybee Sanctuary” at the 2020 Pathways to Regeneration: Restoration, Resiliency & Reciprocity virtual conference.
Workshop Description: The honeybee crisis calls upon us human beings to act differently and think differently, to nourish an intimate bond with the natural world. In this workshop we will begin to form a relationship between the honeybee and the human being that is based on understanding. We will talk about the different organs that form the honeybee hive organism. We will explore many practical ideas for transforming your landscape to welcome the honeybees and enhance the insect life that surrounds you.
